In order to ensure the long-term trouble-free work of the chiller, it is important to choose the appropriate maintenance work. Then, how should the chiller be maintained in normal times?
(1) Keep the refrigerant and oil clean and free of moisture
When the chiller is being maintained, basically any part of the cooling system must be maintained. After the maintenance, all the vacuum must be extracted before restarting work, so as to remove the moisture condensed in the compressor. Moisture, when the compressor is running, it must be ensured that everything is running under normal conditions, otherwise it will affect the life of key components.
(2) Ensure that the suction inlet filter is clean
During the actual maintenance of the chiller, the equipment must be inspected regularly, especially for some welding slag that may exist on the suction channel of the compressor, and they must be thoroughly inspected, and for the existence of the suction filter Some of the dirty things should also be prevented from breaking, and all particles should be pressed into the inside of the compressor.
(3) Keep the oil filter clean. If there is an increase in pressure, it indicates that there is dirt in the chiller. It is necessary to stop the machine to clean or replace the filter. The compressor will run for a long time under the excessively high filter pressure drop, which will cause Pressure drop and lack of oil, in this case will lead to premature bearing damage.
(4) Prevent the compressor from being blocked by the smart machine
In the existing various types of compressors, it is necessary to protect the liquid spraying method, adjust it to an appropriate position, and be in a good condition to prevent these liquids from being sprayed outwards when they are working. Splashing will reduce the life of the equipment.
